The U.S Attempts To Be Heroic 

The United States involvement in the Vietnam war was base upon its political beliefs that includes the Domino Theory, it’s political alliances in SEATO and its position in strength in the Cold War. After 15 years of war, this position proved to be an economic, political and social failure.
